Sir,

I'd like to raise your attention to the problem of unlicensed parking on the main road on behalf of the residents of Gymkhana.

Unauthorized parking has nearly blocked the major road leading to our colony, causing a great deal of annoyance to the inhabitants. Crossing the road becomes nearly impossible. Furthermore, pedestrians have a difficult time keeping up with the walkway.

Due to unauthorised parking, our region has become an accident zone, with numerous examples of traffic accidents occurring on a regular basis.

This behaviour is against the law. To combat illegal parking, the government must enact and enforce tough legislation. Heavy fines and penalties should be imposed. In reality, traffic cops should take steps to address this issue. RWA (Residents Welfare Association) also plays an important role in raising public awareness.
